Pakistan and India will face each other in the World Championship of Legends (WCL) 2024 at the Edgbaston Stadium in Birmingham on Saturday and a high-voltage clash is expected between the arch-rivals.
The rivalry between Pakistan and India is one of the oldest in the world of cricket and the fans get to see matches of high quality as both teams tend to give their all.
Both the teams have been undefeated in the WCL 2024 so far as the Green Shirts managed to defeat Australia and West Indies while the Blues overcame England and West Indies.
India currently sit on top of the WCL points table with four points from two matches, the same as Pakistan, but their impressive +1.457 Net Run Rate (NRR) puts them above the arch-rivals.
In the first match of the tournament, India defeated England by chasing down the 166-run target. Meanwhile, in their second of the event, they managed to secure a 27-run target win against West Indies due to the DLS method.
On the other hand, Pakistan started their tournament on a high note as they beat Australia by chasing the 190-run target. In their second match, they posted a 195-run target and managed to defend it successfully.
With both India and Pakistan being undefeated and in good form, it will be interesting to see the rivals taking on each other in what is going to be a spectacular contest.
