LAHORE: The names of Pakistani platinum players for the 10th edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) have been finalized.
Following a meeting between the PSL management and franchises regarding player categories, the names of the Pakistani platinum players have been confirmed.
According to sources, Lahore Qalandars will retain Shaheen Shah Afridi, Fakhar Zaman, and Haris Rauf in the platinum category.
Peshawar Zalmi will include Babar Azam and Saim Ayub in the platinum category.
Quetta Gladiators will have only one player, Muhammad Amir, in the platinum category.
Islamabad United will feature Shadab Khan, Naseem Shah, and Asif Ali in the platinum category.
Karachi Kings will not have any players in the platinum category.
Multan Sultans will include Muhammad Rizwan and Usama Mir in the platinum category.

Since the inception of the marquee league, Islamabad United has secured three titles, followed by Lahore Qalandars with two.
Meanwhile, Peshawar Zalmi, Quetta Gladiators, Karachi Kings, and Multan Sultans have each won one title.
